Salon Policies
Late Fees
A nonrefundable late fee of $15 will be implemented if you are at most 15 minutes late to your appointment. After 15 minutes your appointment is considered a no call no show.
No Call No Shows
No call no shows will result in a non-refundable 50% payment of the service due the same day the service was supposed to be provided. An invoice will be sent out to your point of contact (email or phone number). Failure to complete this payment will consequently make you unable to book an appointment until the payment has been completed.
Cancellations
If you are unable to make it to your appointment please ensure you give at least a 24 hour notice. Appointments that are not cancelled with at least a 24 hours notice will require a non-refundable fee of 50% of the service. This does not include appointments that are rescheduled.
Service Redo
If you are unhappy with your service please inform me within 7 days of your service so I can better accommodate your wants and needs.
Card Fees
A 3% fee will be added to all credit card payments. To avoid fees, I also accept Venmo, cash, or check.
Guests
Please refrain from bringing extra guests when possible as I have limited space in the salon.
Client Referral Program
Refer a friend or family member with a client referral card! These cards are provided at your appointments. If the client brings the card back with a cut/color appointment you both will receive 25% you cut/color services.
Get a punch card and receive more amazing deals! After 5 referrals you will receive a free deep conditioning treatment. ($50 value!) After 10 referrals you will receive 50% of your cut/color service!
